Pendrell Hall Wedding
Jamie and Poonam got married at the stunning Pendrell Hall Exclusive Country House Wedding Venue with accommodation Staffordshire. This was my second wedding at Pendrell Hall this year. Click here to see my previous wedding!
I met Poonam while photographing her best friend, Sim’s Wedding, so it was lovely to see Sam and Sim again! Poonam had her hair and makeup done at home in Solihull by the talented artist Parveen Sidhu. Sim was the creative brain behind making Poonam’s DIY Sunflower Bridal bouquet and Bridesmaid’s flowers. I love a personal touch!
After their ceremony, I took Jamie and Poonam around the grounds to capture some portraits of the two. Pendrell Hall has secret gardens and archways of beauty scattered around their stunning grounds, which made for some lovely photographs.
Guests headed to the wedding breakfast while I finished up the couples’ relaxed wedding portraitures. Poonam and her family created all of the decor for the wedding. From centre pieces, to favours, to the polaroid photo booth and props! Such a great way to add personality to your wedding! Magician, Christian Fletcher entertained guests while they finished off their meals. After speeches, Poonam changed into a beautiful red Lenga (indian 2 piece bridal outfit) by designer Soltee by Sulakshana Monga.
The couple made a second grand entrance so that they could cut their wedding cake. Their rustic cake was created by Lisa Selvey from The Strawberry Bakery. Each tier was a different flavour and I’m not ashamed to admit I had 2 cheeky helpings! There was a beautiful sunset over Pendrell Hall that evening. I took the couple for the last time to get a little creative and capture some stunning portraits against the sunset.
Jamie and Poonam, you had such a relaxed and beautiful wedding. I can’t express how fortunate I feel to have been part of your celebrations. Thank you for choosing me to photograph your Wedding :)
